Women’s Balance

This blend is made to support a woman’s body and hormone cycle by providing support to the liver, kidneys, heart and uterus. 
 Organic Ingredients include: Red Raspberry Leaf, Stinging Nettles, Dandelion Root, Dandelion Leaf, Lemon Balm, Oat Straw, Chaste Berry, Chamomile, Hibiscus, Rose Pedals and Mint. 


Directions: While you bring your water to a boil, add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to the included reusable tea bag or other tea steeper. Steep tea in hot water for 5-8 minutes. Remove the tea from water, add honey or sugar to taste and Enjoy!
