Elderberry Be Well Herbal Tea

Organic Ingredients: Organic Elderberries, Organic Nettle Leaf, Organic Mint, Organic Cinnamon Bark, Organic Cloves and Organic Ginger.


Directions: While you bring your water to a boil, add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to the included reusable tea bag or other tea steeper. Steep tea in hot water for 5-8 minutes. Remove the tea from water, add honey or sugar to taste and Enjoy!
