Calming Lavender Herbal Bath Tea

1lb Calming Lavender Herbal Bath Tea Organic Ingredients: Himalayan pink salt, epsom salt, lavender flower buds, avocado oil, lavender oil.

Directions: Add 1/4 cup of herbal bath tea to the reusable organic cotton tea bag included in the package. Either drop the tea bag into your bath while filling it or, for a concentrated tea bath, bring 16 oz of water to a boil and steep the tea bag for 8-15 minutes. Add tea concentrate to your warm bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
